Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Paint Mantra.

Your full satisfaction is important to us. This is why we have devised a hassle-free  exchange policy. We do not offer refunds.

Our policy lasts for 3 days after delivery of product. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@paintmantra.com

Custom portraits kits are designed & produced exclusively for you, and cannot be exhanged.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to apply for exchange of product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of order placement. Any changes to the Orders are also acceptable only within 12 hours of order placement. Orders still in transit can not be cancelled or changed.

Custom portraits can not be cancelled or returned. Please choose your custom portrait size according to your custom photo carefully.
